MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Ensure company procedural compliance in every Property Sales, Property Management, Auctioneering and Property Valuation businesses
2.Oversee and manages the activities of the division which are, buying and selling of properties, letting and leasing auctioneering and property management.
3.Valuation of property purchase, sale mortgage, financial valuation and other basis.
4.Manages all types of properties, from residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural and mining.
5.Ensures that all property issues ranging from renovation and repairing, release of existing buildings to the purchase of raw land and sale improved parcels to others are done by the company and through the company.
6.Property management for both company and client’s properties.
7.Researches, analyses and identifies potential real estate opportunities that align with the company’s business goals and plans.
